By booking a cleaning service, you enter into a contract with Legacy Clean for the provision of cleaning services.
We are responsible for delivering the service and ensuring our Cleaners meet our quality standards.
You agree to our Booking Policy and related fees.
We are not liable for business losses or any indirect damages.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, with the version in force at the time of your booking applying to your service.

4. OUR SERVICES
4.1. What We Do:
Legacy Clean directly provides cleaning services to residential and commercial customers. Our Cleaners will visit your premises to perform cleaning services as requested in your booking.
4.2. Our Responsibilities:
When you make a booking, you form a contract directly with us for the provision of cleaning services. We are responsible for providing the service to the highest standards and ensuring our Cleaners follow all relevant procedures.
4.3. Location and Age Restrictions:
We operate solely within the UK and services can only be booked by individuals aged 18 or older.
5. MAKING A BOOKING
5.1. Booking Process:
To make a booking, you must choose the service, location, and time. Upon submitting your booking request, you will receive an order confirmation email, which signifies the acceptance of your service.
5.2. Safety and Conduct:
Ensure that your property is safe and accessible. Cleaners must be treated courteously, and you are responsible for providing a safe working environment. You are also responsible for securing any valuable or personal items before the Cleaner arrives.
5.3. ID Verification:
We may request proof of identity before processing your booking.
6. PAYMENT
6.1. Pricing and Payment:
The price for our cleaning services is based on a fixed pricing or hourly pricing for specific services, which may vary by date, time, or other factors. All prices include VAT where applicable.
6.2. Payment Terms:
Payment is required at the time of booking, and you will be charged based on the services you selected. You will be invoiced directly by Legacy Clean.
6.3. Payment Provider – Stripe:
We use Stripe for payment processing. By making a booking, you authorise us to charge your card for the services rendered by our Cleaners.
6.4. Payment Failures:
In the event of payment issues (e.g., insufficient funds), your booking may be cancelled or delayed.
7. CANCELLATION POLICY
7.1. Cancellation Rights:
You have the right to cancel your booking subject to our Cancellation Policy, which may involve cancellation fees depending on the timing of your cancellation.
7.2. No Refunds for Services Provided:
Legacy Clean does not offer refunds after services are provided. Please inspect the work performed by the Cleaner immediately after completion.
7.3. Late Cancellations:
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning, a cancellation fee may apply.
8. LIABILITY
8.1. Our Responsibility for Service Quality:
We are responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services and ensuring our Cleaners meet the standards set by Legacy Clean.
8.2. Limitations of Liability:
While we strive for excellence, we are not liable for any indirect damages, including business losses, loss of data, or loss of income. Our liability is limited to 125% of the service fee paid by you for any proven issues related to the service.
8.3. Damage or Loss During Service:
While our Cleaners will take the utmost care during cleaning, we cannot accept liability for accidental damage or theft during the cleaning process. We recommend securing valuables before the service begins.
9. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
9.1. Reporting Issues:
If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will attempt to resolve the issue by arranging re-cleaning or addressing your concerns directly with the Cleaner.
9.2. Escalating Complaints:
If you are unable to resolve the issue with the Cleaner, please contact us at info@legacyclean.co.uk, and we will assist in addressing the matter.
10. DATA PROTECTION
