At Legacy Clean, we are committed to providing exceptional cleaning services with professionalism, punctuality, and care. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following booking policy:
How to Book: Appointments can be made through our website, phone or email.
Advance Notice: We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred date & time slot.
Recurring Services: Recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) can be scheduled in advance with a locked-in time and day.
Service Areas: We currently serve South London, some parts of Surrey & West Sussex. Services outside this zone may incur a travel fee.
Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a £25 late cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy: If no one is available to grant access at the time of service, or if we are unable to perform the cleaning for any reason not caused by us, a 50% no-show fee will apply.
Clients must ensure that our cleaners have proper access to the property at the scheduled time.
If keys or codes are required, they must be provided in advance and verified before the service.
Accepted Methods: We accept payments via:
Stripe (secure online card payments)
Bank Transfer
Stripe Payments: After booking, you will receive a secure payment link via Stripe to complete your payment online. Recurring clients can choose to store their payment details securely for automatic billing.
Due Date: Payment is required at the time of booking, and you will be charged based on the services you selected. You will be invoiced directly by Legacy Clean.
Receipts: An electronic receipt will be emailed to you upon successful payment through Stripe or other digital methods.
If you’re not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost.
We do not offer refunds but will make every reasonable effort to correct any problems.
For safety and insurance reasons, our cleaners are not allowed to:
Move heavy furniture
Use personal ladders
Clean hazardous areas (e.g., mold, bodily fluids)
We reserve the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary.
Legacy Clean observes the following holidays: Bank holidays & Public holidays.
Services falling on these dates will be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge.
Legacy Clean reserves the right to modify this booking policy at any time. Updated policies will be available on our website and communicated to clients when necessary.
